ACI provides technology advancements and improvements to ensure Warfighters possess reliable, resilient communications against all adversaries, anywhere, anytime, in all domains, and in all environments. Key facets of this work will include maturing technologies that assist in improved electromagnetic spectrum awareness, sharing, and use; demonstrating new technologies to increase trust among spectrum stakeholders; developing critical technologies that can be rapidly and affordably transitioned to Government and industry end users; operating effectively in compressed spectrum bands without interfering with other users; sharing spectrum with other systems without interfering with other users; operating effectively in spectrum environments that are congested with users in co-located bands in a manner resilient to interference; and operating in a manner resilient to adversary attempts to deny access to spectrum.

 

Augustine Consulting, Inc. is currently seeking Subject Matter Experts - Operational to join our team of professionals in Hamilton Township, NJ. 

Duties and Responsibilities:

The Subject Matter Expert – Operational will serve as the competent authority in the use of C4ISR systems in a tactical, operational, or strategic role.  Will work as a member (leader) of a small team observing, developing and disseminating information on capability gaps and new technologies to enhance the effectiveness of US force readiness.

Required:

  • Must possess a Bachelor’s degree and 10 years of experience (additional years of experience can substitute for degree requirements).

  • Must possess demonstrated experience in the planning and conduct of conventional, unconventional, and asymmetric warfare, and military Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures (TTPs).

  • Must possess a deep understanding of the role C4ISR systems play in a tactical environment and the ability to assimilate this understanding to any project, person, or situation.

  • Must have the ability to obtain a security clearance.

 

Preferred:

  • Current Secret security clearance.
