Our client is seeking a Project Lead/Analyst contractor to work on a project involving implementing Kronos Workforce Management (Advanced Scheduling, Time & Attendance, Attestation and Payroll Visibility Tool). The client is looking to introduce Forecasting for a pilot group of stores in 2021.

This role will provide project management support to the Senior Project Manager for a large, complex project.

Key activities performed under this Project Analyst / Lead role include:

• Generation of the weekly project status reporting drafts and bi-weekly steering committee content drafts, as well as content for one-off executive level presentations
• Maintenance, monitoring, actioning and identification of key call outs associated with project data (schedule, resource, financial, issues, risks, change requests, key decisions, actions items, etc.)
• Meeting scheduling, note taking and action item support for cross-functional project meetings
• Miscellaneous tasks as assigned by Senior Project Manager
• Potential opportunity to lead a project work stream if skills and experience support this
• Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of related experience.

Ideal Candidate: 

• Has retail knowledge / experience working in a store setting (to understand terminology of project discussions)
• Is a tool savvy individual with experience in one or more of the following tools: Clarity, MS Project, Advanced MS Excel, SalesForce, SAP, Hyperion, Jira, Confluence
• Has strong financial acumen
