Augustine Consulting, Inc. a professional services firm providing select services to national defense agencies, seeks a Fielding Coordinator to serve as a part of the Company’s Technical Services team to provide fielding planning coordination, and management for PM Soldier Survivability (PM SSV).

As a Fielding Coordinator, your primary responsibilities include pre-fielding planning, scheduling and on-site coordination for the delivery of training and technical materials for DAPS and maintaining oversight for the training and fielding activities associated with those systems.  Assist in development and review of new equipment training (NET) for fielding team personnel and for Army DAPS users. Training will be delivered primarily to U.S. Army combat units and their assigned Field Support Representatives.

Plan and coordinate equipping of Army units with newly fielding equipment.

Conduct equipping of Army units with newly fielding equipment.

Review and provide evaluations of NET materials and training Programs of Instruction for accuracy and effectiveness.

Assist with and provide evaluations of the conduct of New Equipment Training (NET).

Provide after action reports and recommendations for Equipping and NET process improvements.

Required Qualifications:

Must be a U.S. Citizen

Current U.S. Secret clearance and U.S. passport

Bachelor's degree in any field with a minimum of 10 years of DoD Logistics experience.

Experience coordinating and conducting hand-off procedures for systems to be added to the gaining units’ property book via Global Combat Support System-Army GCCS-A through the Brigade (BDE) Property Book Officer (PBO).

 Experience with and understanding of DoD acquisition procedures and required logistics documentation and processes.

 Recent hands-on experience planning, coordinating, and managing fielding and/or de-fielding activities for Army systems.

Demonstrated experience supporting New Equipment Fielding efforts.

Experience developing and conducting Army New Material Introductory Briefings.

Excellent communication skills including the ability to work on multi-functional teams.

Microsoft Office Suite proficiency

Ability to pass a background check

 

Preferred Qualifications:

A master's degree in a specialized field plus a minimum of 5 years of applicable experience in Integrated Logistics Support (ILS); or, a bachelor's degree in the specialized field plus 8 years of applicable experience in Integrated Logistics Support (ILS).

5 years’ experience supporting the integration of training solutions and technologies into operational processes and lesson plans with particular attention to support for new equipment fielding.

Graduate of Army Instructor/Facilitator Certification Program (ICP).
