IT Executive Level Support Technician 6 months Contract to Hire Irving, TX 75039 Well branded industry leader has an IMMEDIATE NEED for an IT Support Technician to handle escalated tickets supporting both a national MS Windows user base and also will provide Executive support. This person will support desktop hardware and software and server operating systems, Microsoft Active Directory, Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft SQL and some Network Hardware.   Must have previous experience providing ‘white glove’ service to Executive staff.   Qualifications:

• 5+ years of Windows OS with 1 year of Windows 10
• Active Directory, Office 365 and MS Office applications
• Supporting desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices
• Solid understanding of networking/security technologies (Ethernet, routers, switches, firewalls, VPN, etc.)
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to conduct research into a wide range of computing issues as required
• Displays excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-paced environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, with a focus on building rapport, listening and questioning skills
• Strong documentation skills
