What you will be doing as a Web Designer

• Write well designed, testable, efficient code by using best software development practices
• Create website layout/user interface by using standard HTML/CSS practices
• Create and integrate data services from various back-end databases, create APIs
• Gather and refine specifications and requirements based on technical needs
• Create and maintain software documentation
• Be responsible for maintaining, expanding, and scaling our site
• Create security and data protection settings requirements

What you will bring to the table as a Web Designer

• Experience with both front-end and back-end coding languages, development frameworks and third-party libraries
• Proven working experience in web programming
• Top-notch programming skills and in-depth knowledge of modern HTML/CSS
• Experience with Bootstrap framework
• Experience with Linux and Apache, managing logs and user access controls
• Experience with frontend programming languages (e.g. HTML/CSS, JavaScript)
• Experience with backend programming languages: (e.g. PHP, Python, Java, or Ruby on Rails)
• Advanced knowledge of web applications and how they work including security, session management, and best development practices
