• Possess an organized, collaborative, and structured approach to managing people, project ambiguity, complexity, and inter-dependencies across systems/teams; strong written and verbal communication skills
• Manage operational and work assignments of the team to ensure consistency of approach and design assumptions
• Responsible for hiring, developing and managing a team of transport engineers
• Establish strong rapport within team members, support national practices that drive employee engagement and productivity

• Technical understanding of transport networks
• Must possess high energy to maintain a sense of urgency and to set the tone for all teams involved
• Experience or technical understanding of all the transport network functions/environment is preferred
• Experience managing vendor relationships
• BS or MS in Engineering or technical degree; or equivalent combination of experience and education
• At least 5-7 years of experience managing engineers and various stakeholders
• 5+ years of experience as a transport engineer
