Senior IT Help Desk Technician (Part-Time) IMMEDIATE NEED for a Sr. IT Help Desk Technician to join a global, consumer electronics company for a part-time, 6 months contract at their Los Alamitos, CA location. This will be a 4 hours per day, Monday-Friday position with some schedule flexibility. Responsibilities:

• Provide technical assistance and expertise to end users via phone, email, and in-person.
• Perform level one troubleshooting of issues and escalate problems as necessary
• Provide user provisioning management via the Standard Access database applications
• Manage tickets, provide reports/updates and assign service requests to I.S. personnel
• Perform J-SOX activities, including semi-annual user access review and assist with collection/validation documentation for auditors

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience supporting Microsoft-based environments- Windows 10, Office 365, Active Directory
• Experience in account provisioning (new account setup, security access creation, account removal at termination, etc.)
