Our client in Cincinnati, OH has a full time opportunity for a Service Desk Engineer. This person will be assisting non-technical users and requires strong customer service skills. The Service Desk Engineer must be a quick learner, be rather tech savvy, personable and patient. The firm will offer thorough training and certification, with the possibility this position can grow into a Systems Engineer role for the right person. The work will be done onsite during regular business hours, with some on call Saturday responsibilities (on rotation).
