What you will be doing as a Planning & Design Engineer:
- You will be working in the internal database to collect, organize, and delegate data from design, permitting, and construction teams
- You will ensure that jobs are moving along smoothly; you will be managing task information for cross-functional groups and make sure that the team is staying out of the red with current tasks and deadlines
- Assigning tasks on a timely manner, reworking design or permitting issues, owning jobs from start to finish
- 1-3 years of experience in a project coordination/support role in telecom construction
- Experience managing, tracking, and reporting on respective deadlines
- Skills in Excel and other tracking systems and databases
- The ability to multitask and work with all level of team members and management
- Must have strong attention to detail and organizational skills
