A leading telecommunications company is seeking an OSP Construction Coordinator to join their team in the Livermore, CA area! Please apply with a full resume if you meet the requirements below.
What you will be doing as an OSP Construction Coordinator:
- Create jobs in tracking database and issue jobs to design
- Manage job through full lifecycle updating milestones
- Handle exceptions to the life cycle SLAs
- Point of contact for all internal comcast cross functional groups including BOC, CPM, FPM, and sales
- Provide reporting for next level management
- Create and approve funding request
- Material management and reconciliation
- Manage funding request/purchase order
- Validate that the field quality control is performed
- Pull reports/provide feedback based on analysis of reports
- Follow admin QC checklist (materials, invoice, pictures, footages)
- Ensure final invoice milestone is set and all milestones are updated
- 1-3 years of experience in a project coordination/support role in telecom construction
- Experience managing, tracking, and reporting on respective milestones for construction
- Skills in Excel and other tracking systems and databases
- The ability to multitask and work with all level of team members and management
