What you will be doing as a Network Operations Tech:
- Technician will receive, analyze, monitor and resolve network problems in a timely fashion with minimal guidance from more senior technicians or supervisor
- Responsibilities will include opening trouble tickets for various customers
- Answering incoming telephone calls
- Responding to network alarms and customer emails
- Documenting/updating customer account data
- Window knowledge
- UNIX/LINUX
- Firewall experience
- Strong customer service is a must
- Citrix and Oracle user management applications strongly recommended
- Identity and Access Management experience
- General knowledge of network security
- Scripting experience is recommended
