IMMEDIATE NEED for a Junior Project Coordinator. 4 – 6 months contract with a Construction supply company based in Santa Ana, Ca.

This company is considered an Essential Business. Any Candidates must be willing and able to work onsite at their Santa Ana, Ca location.

Responsibilities: Looking for someone who is detail oriented, able to manage multiple spreadsheets and work with online Asana Tool ( this would be a plus to have knowledge, but not required ). Must be able to work independently. This is a junior level position and may also support some administrative tasks such as handling phone calls, scheduling, etc.

Qualifications:

• Must have some experience with Project or Operations Coordinator functions
• Ability to work independently and strong communication skills
• Must have experience with coordinating projects, operations, for a corporate environment.
• Strong Excel skills
• Any Project Management tool experience a plus. Asana Experience a strong Plus!
