HR Generalist

In this individual contributor position, the HR Generalist contractor will be responsible for primarily assisting with administration of COVID-19 policies and COVID-19 case management. Assists with various HR policies and provides reporting and analysis of trends related case management. Responsible for investigating report cases of COVID 19, providing return to work/quarantine direction and pay direction related to COVID-19 reported to HR from associates.


  • Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field or equivalent experience.
  • 2-4 years experience in HR.
  • Ability to work at a fast pace while maintaining details and accuracy.
  • Basic technical skills.
  • Good communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Experience in interviewing or investigating, retail store knowledge, high capacity for work, ability to display empathy while not over servicing are all desired.
  • Weekends are required at least 1-2 times a month with day off during week when working on Sat. or Sunday.
