Now, you can be a part of this amazing team, as we are seeking a remarkable and talented individual to join our client’s project in Philadelphia where you will bring your wealth of knowledge and experience as a Front End Developer to provide the edge their team needs to deliver the results that will continue to set our client apart from others in the market and provide ample opportunities to grow and remain at the cutting-edge of technology in this always-evolving industry. In this role, you will be responsible for writing code to create and enable advanced UI/UX for web-based applications. You will support development and test activities at all phases of the SDLC to be integrated and implemented under the methodologies of an Agile team.
What you will be doing as a Front End Developer III:
- Create efficient, reliable, scalable code in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS to support front-end web applications with a focus on providing a ‘pixel perfect’ user interface
- Develop user-facing solutions to provide analytics, visualization, and a more robust user experience for a variety of CMS and e-commerce systems and frameworks
- Review and analyze requirements to design applications that will support both internal business functions and external customers
- Produce code that is efficient and reliable which enables the standardization of the SQA procedures
- Participate in Code Review sessions and support testing and debugging activities, actively developing fixes and patches to address QA failures and errors
- Develop new user-facing features through the progressive redesign and maintenance of applications to enhance the user experience and relationship with the brand
- Optimize features and functionality to maximize velocity and scalability to grow as data sources and requirements increase the overall demand and capacity of the solutions
- Research and remain well-versed in current trends and best practices for development of web-based applications and cloud solutions to incorporate new methods into own work
- 6+ years of hands-on professional experience in the development of scalable code to support medium – large scale applications to support business goals
- 4+ years of software development directly related to front-end development to produce a strong UI/UX
- Highly proficient with developing code at the production-level using Java, JS, HTML, and CSS to support the development and implementation of software solutions to provide a valuable user experience
- Professional experience supporting development of software within an Agile/Scrum/Waterfall environment at all phases of the SDLC
- Knowledgeable on Software Quality Assurance requirements to support test and debugging activities as well as participate in peer Code Review and remediation/patching activities
- Strong understanding of the User journey, how the software will be used, and a solid understanding of current aesthetic trends
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to report out on current project status and deliverables to internal stakeholders onsite, remote, and offshore as well as leadership at all levels of the organization with diverse technical knowledge and abilities
