Qualifications: 

• Proven experience overseeing IT departments ranging from 75+ employees;
• Experience working in fast-paced, Agile, App Dev heavy environments;
• Experience assessing current software states and developing plans for upgrades / changes to ensure needs are being met;
• CTO experience;
• Mortgage experienc;
• LENDER EXPERIENCE;
• Excellent communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master’s Degree;
• Application Development background.
