A large telecom client of ours is looking for a Civil Foreman to join their team in the Dallas, TX area. Will work around 60 hrs/week, including Saturdays and some Sundays. Could include some travel out of market up to 15% or so. What you will be doing as a Civil Foreman:

• The Civil Foreman will be hands-on and will lead 2 crew members; they will be doing all types of civil work from pouring concrete pads, digging ditches, mounting H-frames, and more
• Provide leadership to identify key success factors for civil crews
• Execute the requirements of concrete services, quality, subcontractor performance, and construction cost
• Direct activities of subcontractor and crews for electrical, civil and structural construction
• Read and redline engineered drawings
• PIM test antennas and coax lines

What you will bring to the table as a Civil Foreman:

• Must have 3+ years of cell site civil construction exp – any and all types of cell sites are good, don't need a specific type
• Must have strong electrical and power plant exp
