MUST HAVE EXTENSIVE BA / BSA EXPERIENCE IN HEALTHCARE ENVIRONMENTS.

MUST HAVE EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION SKILLS – MUST BE COMFORTABLE SPEAKING UP AND MAKING AN IMPACT WHEN NEEDED.

Responsibilities:

  • Acquire a thorough understanding of strategic business objectives and business unit operations .
  • Support business and IT initiatives through data analysis, identification of implementation barriers and testing of various functionalities and systems.
  • Identify and analyze user requirements to improve existing processes
  • Perform detailed analysis on assigned projects, recommend potential business solutions and ensure successful implementations.
  • Identify ways to enhance performance management and operational data needs related to new business implementations.
  • Coordinate with various business units and departments in the development and delivery of projects.
  • Develop, share and incorporate organizational best practices into business processes.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert on assigned function to ensure operational performance excellence.

Qualifications;

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience.
  • 4+ years of business process or data analysis experience in the healthcare domain.
  • Effective oral and written communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences .

Required Skills:

  • Ability to utilize SQL to perform data analyses and evaluate adherence to specifications
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel
  • Strategic thinker with strong execution skills, experience analyzing, reconciling, communicating, preparing, and managing technology strategies and budget processes.
  • Passion to deliver results in a complex enterprise application / environment.
  • Experience conducting analyses and devising solutions in a Hadoop environment.
  • Project Management experience.
